GLOBALIFE MEMBERS(GM) are medium size organizations in existence to provides financial assistance to smallholder farmers, members, humanitarian services, planting of cash crops and secondary farming production processes in Nigeria. The company engages in primary farming production like plantain of Pawpaw, Cocoa, Oil Palm, Cashew and other cash crops
Globalife Members comprises of four (4) organizations;
- Globalife Farms and Agro- Allied Company ltd(GFAAC) engages in primary farming production like plantain of Pawpaw, Cocoa, Oil Palm, Cashew and other cash crops
- Globalife Cooperative Finance and Investment Society Ltd (GCFIS) provide financial assistance to members, smallholder farmers and off taking farm produce after harvest.
- Ago-Owu (Ayedaade) Global Agro GEO Cooperative Society Limited (AAGAGCS) is based on humanitarian services in helping the poor to alleviate their sufferings. The cooperative engages in farming business to support its members and the vulnerable households participating in farming activities in Osun State, Nigeria.
- Globefarms Ventures (GFV) engages in secondary farming production through agricultural value chain. This company produces Plantain Chips and Plantain Flour from unripe Plantain. It also produces Cassava Flakes and packaged Oil palm in Nigeria.

Princess Olayemi has a B.Sc. Accounting and ICAN-AAT and she is an utility Financial Administrator and a successful Marketer. Princess oversees the activities of the Globalife Members as a project coordinator.
In the quest to becoming an Entrepreneur and give back to the society through humanitarian activities with the aim to transform some local communities in Osun state; Princess Olayemi founded Globalife Farms and Agro-Allied Company Ltd. Globalife Farms and Agro-Allied Company Ltd has significant financial Interest as a legal entity in Globalife Cooperative Finance and Investment Society Ltd; Ago-Owu (Ayedaade) Global Agro Geo Cooperative Society Limited and Globefarms Ventures
The two cooperatives have over 510 members and she is the President of the two cooperative organizations, Chairman of the Globalife Farms and Agro-Allied Company Ltd and Globefarms Ventures.
Princess Olayemi worked briefly with Total Nigeria Plc in Accounts Department after which she moved to Staco Insurance Plc in the Finance Department. She later joined Wema Bank Plc as a Loan Recovery Personnel and after three years she resigned and moved to African Alliance Insurance Plc as a Financial Adviser.
The farm currently focuses on Agricultural Primary Production and currently producing local Plantain Flour, Plantain Chips, Palm Oil and Cassava Flakes which they are currently bagged as welfare to members and sales to Shoprite to cover some cost. Globalife Members extend financial assistance to smallholder farmers in Osun state, Nigeria.
Princess Olayemi Afolabi is a graduate of 2019 Class Scale-up lab Agric business under Agribusiness Accelerator programme organised by Fate Foundation and supported by African Capital Alliance Foundation.

Farm Manager/Aggregator–Globalife Members
Akinlosotu Vincent Olakunle is an Agronomist. Akinlosotu earned a B.Tech Agronomy from University of Ladoke Akintola University Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomosho. Prior to Moving to Globalife Members as a project Manager, he has worked with various organizations like El-Shaddai Farms, Ifewara, Osun State, Marina Farms Sokoto, Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources Sokoto, Sweetco Food Ltd and Tuns Farms holding in Osun state. He aggregates local farmers and educates smallholder farmers on best practices on the new farming techniques and farm operations.

Farms Supervisor -Farms Dwellers Project & Production
Hammed Dauda Bola joined Globalife Members as Farms Supervisor in charge of farms operations and extension in 2015. He had worked with Akewuola Pharmaceutical Ltd Ilesa Osun State as a cashier and he has a five(5) years stint with Osun State Agricultural Youth empowerment programme as an Extension worker. Currently, Hameed is a senior management staff under the Directorate of Farms operations, extension and productions and he coordinates farms operations, extension, and production.
Abiodun A – Partner (Honorary & Volunteer) – Globalife Farms Group Financial and Operations
Ademola provides technical advice on financial and technical matters to the Globalife Members on honorary and volunteering capacity.
Ademola earned a Ph.D and M.Sc in Management from the University of Nigeria, M.Phil Accounting and Finance proceeding PhD Accounting in Nasarawa University, MBA(General) and PGDfm from Ondo State University. He got his B.Sc. (Economics) from Ambrose Alli University, B.Sc.(Applied Accounting) from Oxford Brookes University UK, HND Accountancy from Kwara State Polytechnic. Ademola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in United Kingdom (ACCA) and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
